Discreet Online Dating

So I’m gay and I’m a senior in high school. I met up with this other guy that I met online. He’s a junior and goes to our rival high school. We met at a coffee shop and went to the park and walked around and just talked, getting to know each other. We did this for over an hour and then went home.

He’s not out and wants to be discreet. I want to take things slow but I don’t have any ideas about a second date or to even initiate one or even what to do. We had our date yesterday and I’m not sure wwhen I should call him again. We have a connection and I think that we could have something I just need some adivice. Thoughts?

I don’t want to make the same mistakes I made in the past.
